Do my students need to download an app?
No. Pedagio is fully web-based. Students access their dashboard from any browser — no app store, no downloads required.
Can I use my existing Razorpay or Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your own Razorpay or Stripe account. All payments go directly into your account — Pedagio never holds your money.
What if my students pay by cash or bank transfer?
Pedagio has a full offline payment workflow. Students submit a transfer reference or upload a receipt photo. You review, approve, and their sessions are credited — no payment gateway needed.
Can parents see what their child is doing?
Yes. Link a parent account to a student and they see the same view — upcoming sessions, session balance, and shared resources. Parents can even purchase session packs on their child's behalf.
What happens when I need to add a second teacher?
Invite them from your admin dashboard. Each teacher gets their own login, their own availability settings, and access only to the groups assigned to them. Available on paid plans.
