No. Offline payment collection works without any payment gateway configuration. Students submit their UPI reference and a screenshot of the transfer, and you approve it from your dashboard. Sessions are credited the moment you approve. You can also enable online payment later alongside offline if you want both options.
Any method that produces a reference number or proof of transfer works — UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, bank transfer, or even cash with a handwritten receipt photographed. Students enter the reference number and upload the proof. You verify it matches your records and approve.
When a student submits an offline payment, it appears in your Payments tab marked as "Pending". You can see the amount, the session pack they selected, their transaction reference, and their uploaded proof (screenshot or PDF). Once you confirm it matches your bank or UPI history, click Approve — sessions are instantly credited to the student.
You can reject a payment and optionally add a reason — for example, if the reference number doesn't match or the screenshot is unclear. The student is notified and can resubmit with the correct details. No sessions are credited until you explicitly approve.
Yes. When a parent is linked to a student's account, they can log in, open the payment page, select which child they are paying for, choose a session pack, and submit the offline payment with proof. The approval workflow is the same — you approve, and sessions are credited to the child's account.
Yes. You can add payment instructions to your academy settings — your UPI ID, bank account details, or any other instructions. Students see these prominently on the payment page before they transfer money, so they always know exactly where to send it.
No limit. All pending payments are listed in your dashboard with the newest first. You can approve or reject them individually. The pending count is shown on your dashboard so you never miss one.
Owner-to-teacher payment tracking is on our roadmap. When it launches, you will be able to log a payment made to a teacher — amount, reference, and proof — and it will appear in both your ledger and the teacher's earnings history. We'll notify all academy owners when it goes live.
